To download new fonts

http://www.urbanfonts.com/
http://www.dafont.com/
http://www.highfonts.com/

Download them and extract the TFF file to Fonts.

Start > Control Panel > Fonts

Ghost: Vista users simply right click the font file and choose install.

lol i meant that sometimes, the previewed font may be as decent as the downloaded font.

The district 9 non-human font is great. You used to be able to get it Here, but the link is broken.
