It looked okay to me, although the idea of being quarantined inside of a apartment building surrounded by other buildings with other people didn't make much sense to me.
But I guess I'm more for "zombie" movies like 28 Days Later.

I also recently realized this was a remake of "[OREC]" so now it doesn't seem as good as it's supposed to be.
